On November 3, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, issued an announcement on the approval of EIA documents for nine construction projects in October. The announcement shows that the nine construction projects include five photovoltaic projects , all of which are Guangde Guoneng Power Co., Ltd. with a total capacity of 600MW.
Longyuan Anhui Guangde Qiucun 100MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (hereinafter referred to as "Qiucun 100MW Photovoltaic Project") is located in Qiucun Town, Guangde City, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, using the existing tea garden for photovoltaic area construction, covering an area of about 3431 mu. The planned installed capacity is 100MW (DC side capacity is 130.0068 MWp), 630 Wp monocrystalline silicon solar cell modules are used, and the project investment is 428.0131 million yuan.
Longyuan Anhui Guangde Xiasi 150MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (hereinafter referred to as "Xiasi 150MW Photovoltaic Project") is also located in Qiucun Town, using the existing tea garden for photovoltaic area construction, the total area of photovoltaic area is about 4942 mu. The planned installed capacity is 150MW (DC side capacity is 195.01102MWp), 630Wp N-type TOPCon double-sided double-glass PV modules are adopted, and the project investment is 631.51 million yuan.
Among them, Qiucun 100MW photovoltaic project and Xiasi 150MW photovoltaic project jointly build a 220kV booster station (outdoor layout).
Longyuan Anhui Guangde Tianqiao 100MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is located in Baidian Town, Guangde City. It uses tea gardens and orchards to construct photovoltaic power generation projects, covering a total area of about 2,224,400 ㎡. The planned installed capacity is 100MW , and a new 220kV booster station is built for outdoor layout.
Longyuan Anhui Guangde Dongting 150MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is located in Qiucun Town and Xinhang Town of Guangde City, and the existing tea garden is used for the construction of photovoltaic area, with a total area of about 3,715,421 m2 . It is a forest-photovoltaic complementary project, with a planned installed capacity of 150MW (DC side installed capacity of 190.7864 MWp), using 630Wp N-type TOPCon double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules. The project investment is 635.32 million yuan . The 100MW Tea-Light Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Xing'an Village, Yangliu Town, Xuanzhou District
, Xuancheng City is located in Yangliu Town, Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng City, with a planned installed capacity of 100MW (DC side capacity of 125.01504MWp). N-type double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules of 640Wp specification are adopted , with an investment of 406.25 million yuan. According to
the data, Guangde Guoneng Electric Power Co., Ltd. was established in August 2025, and its business scope covers solar power generation technology services, sales of photovoltaic equipment and components, etc. The company is a subsidiary of the National Energy Investment Group .
