On September 22, China National Building Materials Group and China Green Development Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the "Double Carbon Action, Green Development" Summit Forum held in Wen'an, Hebei. Chang Zhangli, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group, entrusted by Zhou Yuxian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China National Building Materials Group, attended the signing ceremony and participated in the "Low Carbon Construction Industry Chain Joint Initiative" initiated by China Green Development Group. Before the event, Chang Zhangli had a discussion with Sun Yu, Deputy Secretary the Party Committee and General Manager of China Green Development Group.

At the ceremony, Chang Zhangli, and Shao Changzhong, Deputy General Manager of China Green Development Group, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. According to the agreement, the two parties will carry out close cooperation in the fields of low-carbon alliance, dual-carbon target industry investment, land revitalization, and green and low-carbon innovation research and development, to jointly commit to developing low-carbon building materials and green buildings, so as to contribute to the country's building energy conservation and emission reduction and the realization of the "dual carbon" goal.

The "Low-Carbon Building Industry Chain Joint Initiative" aims to create a platform of collaborative innovation and incubation for green and low-carbon buildings, to drive the full implementation of green transformation in the industry chain, and to fully promote the realization of the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality".
