NOTE
Organizations may take part in the Exhibition only, without taking part in the Conference. Participation fees are US$ 175 for EACH SQUARE METER RESERVED. This covers the participation of one person. Fees for each additional participant in the Exhibition will be US$ 200.

About Exhibition:

Participation Fees are US$ 175 for EACH SQUARE METER RESERVED.

Please provide us with your choice at your earliest convenience as allocation of stands will be made according to the chronological order of received requests (Floor Plan).

The exhibition will take place in an area close to the Conference hall and will be open from 9.00 a.m. till 18.30 p.m.

All participants are invited to attend the opening of the exhibition after the opening of the Conference.

Potential exhibitors are kindly requested to indicate the kind of materials to be exhibited and the space required not later than 30 October 2004.

The Conference Secretariat intends to prepare a DIRECTORY FOR EXHIBITORS (in black & white), so potential exhibitors are kindly requested to provide us with name and address, contact person(s), and a brief profile of the company in no more than two pages, to be provided before 30 October 2004.
