Company Announcement to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority No. 06-2012, 9 February 2012

FLSmidth has been awarded a contract worth approximately EUR 86m (DKK 640m) from the Mongolian company, Mongolyn Alt (MAK) Group, to supply a greenfield cement plant. The plant will be located some 330 kilometres from the capital city Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

In December 2011, FLSmidth received an order for supply of a greenfield copper concentrator for one of MAK's mines in Mongolia. See Company Announcement No. 34-2011, 23 December 2011, for further information.

FLSmidth will deliver all equipment, engineering and commissioning for the cement plant, which will have a capacity of 3,000 tonnes per day.

"This order is a great example of FLSmidth's technological strengths in both the cement and minerals industries, and it confirms our expectations for the rapidly developing Mongolian market, where we recently decided to invest in a regional Super Servicecenter for both minerals and cement. MAK is already a valued customer and we are very pleased to be able to supply state of the art technology to both their copper and cement business," Group CEO Jørgen Huno Rasmussen says.

The order will contribute beneficially to FLSmidth's earnings until 2014.
