According to the latest data from the National Bureau of Statistics, the cement output was 191 million tons in December 2021, with a year-on-year decrease of 11.1%; the annual cement output was 2.363 billion tons, fell by 1.2% year-on-year.
Besides, according to the statistics of China Cement Net, from the perspective of production in the past 8 years, the highest single-month cement output was in December 2020, reached 213.33 million tons; the highest cumulative cement output was in the first 12 months of 2014, reached 2,476.19 million tons.

In December 2021, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 4.3% year-on-year in real terms (the growth rates of added value below are the actual growth rates after deducting price factors), with an increase of 11.9% over the same period in 2019 and an average increase of 5.8% in the two years. From a month-on-month perspective, in December, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 0.42% over the previous month. In 2021, the added value of industries above designated size increased by 9.6% year-on-year, with an average growth of 6.1% in the two years.
