According to the official micro-news of "Yancheng State Investment Group" on May 12, Jiangsu Yancheng Qingneng Guandong 120MW Fishing-Light Complementary Project has been officially started recently.
It is understood that the total investment of the project is 280 million yuan , which is invested and constructed by Yancheng Guoxing New Energy Co., Ltd. with a planned installed capacity of 120 MW .
The project covers an area of 1940 mu, and plans to adopt the three-dimensional development mode of "complementary fishing and light" by erecting photovoltaic panel arrays above the aquaculture ponds and carrying out aquaculture in the lower waters. To realize the efficient utilization of land and water resources of "power generation on the board and aquaculture under the board".
At present, the engineering department of the project has been set up and the site leveling work of the booster station has been completed. The project is scheduled to be connected to the grid in November 2026, and is expected to provide about 176 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity annually after completion.
