Slipform of the largest prilling tower in Asia starts concrete pouring

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > Recently, the urea prilling tower of Inner Mongolia Ordos Lianhua Project constructed by China Chemical Engineering 12th Construction Company began concrete pouring. This marks the beginning of the slip-form project of the granulation tower with a height of 104 meters and a diameter of 29.17 meters, which is currently the largest in Asia.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > Ordos United Chemical is a Sino-foreign joint venture, which plans to invest 1.5 billion yuan to build a large fertilizer project with an annual output of 600,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 1 million tons of urea in western China. The project is to dismantle the plant imported from South Korea Nanhai Chemical Co., Ltd. During the installation of the equipment, it is necessary to check the tag number and parameters against the drawings. Only by strictly inspecting the quality, strengthening the pre-control and doing a good job in the transportation and hoisting of the over-limited equipment, can quality of the project be guaranteed. The construction of urea prilling tower adopts the slip-form technology which has been mastered by the 12th Construction Company of China Chemical Engineering. The construction period is required to be 10 months. The construction period is short, the amount of work is huge, the quality requirements are high, and the concrete pouring can not be interrupted, which increases the difficulty of construction.

During the preparation of the project, the general manager of the company went to the site many times to guide and supervise the careful planning of the construction scheme, quality, safety and construction period management, and sent elite soldiers to the site.
