China Tianrui Cement released its annual results for 2022, with revenue of RMB11,055 million, representing a decrease of 13.1% as compared to the same period last year. Profit attributable to owners of the Company was RMB449 million, representing a decrease of 62.6% as compared to the same period last year. According to

the report, as of December 31, 2022, the group had 28.4 million tons of clinker production capacity, 56.4 million tons of cement production capacity and 30.2 million tons of aggregate production capacity.

In 2022, the sales volume of cement of the Group was approximately 27.7 million tons, representing a year-on-year decrease of 22.3%; the average price was approximately RMB308.7 per ton, representing a decrease of RMB11.1 per ton or 3.5% as compared with the same period in 2021. In 2022, the aggregate sales volume of the Group was approximately 41.9 million tons, representing a year-on-year increase of 109.1%. The average price was about 39.5 yuan per ton, down 4.7 yuan per ton, or 10.8%, from the same period in 2021.

On October 13, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangxi Province announced that due to the revision of the policy of capacity replacement in the cement and glass industry by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangxi Province decided to abolish the Rules for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry of Jiangxi Province (Gongxin Regulation No.2024) from the date of issuance of the notice, and to abolish the "Rules for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry of Jiangxi Province". The capacity replacement of cement and glass industry in the whole province will be handled in accordance with the relevant policies of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the future.
