How to identify the crime of embezzlement and fraud in the private engraving of official seals in the commercial concrete industry?

Under the leadership of the National Leading Group for Building a Strong Manufacturing Country, we should strengthen the coordination of departments and the linkage between the central and local governments, and promote the implementation of key tasks accurately and efficiently. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, together with relevant departments, formulates annual work plans and task division plans, strengthens the tracking and dispatching of the implementation of the plans, and carries out dynamic monitoring, mid-term evaluation and summary evaluation of the implementation. We will give full play to the role of the National Committee of Experts on Industrial Infrastructure, national high-end think tanks and trade associations, and strengthen policy publicity, industry monitoring, decision-making support and enterprise services. Strengthen publicity and guidance, and create a good atmosphere to enhance the basic capacity of the industry. Major matters should be reported to the Party Central Committee and the State Council in a timely manner.
