He was a member of the party committee and the deputy general manager of Jiangxi Wannianqing Cement Co., Ltd., a member of the party committee and the general manager of Jiangxi Wannianqing Cement Co., Ltd., a deputy secretary of the party committee and the general manager of Jiangxi Wannianqing Cement Co., Ltd., a member of the party committee and the deputy general manager of Jiangxi Building Materials Group Co., Ltd., and a deputy secretary of the party committee, a director and the general manager of Jiangxi Building Materials Group Co., Ltd.
