Xiongan City Computing Center Project (hereinafter referred to as Supercomputing Cloud Project) is constructed by the General Contracting Department of Beijing Urban Construction Group, with a total construction area of 39800 square meters, of which 14400 square meters are three floors above ground. onic supercomputing cloud project looks like a "big eye". The outer curtain wall of the "eyelid" is made of 105-meter large-span steel structure with Portuguese beige natural stone hanging outside. The arched shape of the "eye socket" is designed to be high outside and low inside, with customized special-shaped stone hanging on both sides, each weighing about 200 kg. In order to solve the problem of installation and construction, the project department set up many rows of full scaffolding, precisely positioned the curtain wall, and constructed many sides at the same time.
"Eye of the City" lies in the landscape design. The mirror pool on the east side forms a reflection with the building itself, which ingeniously forms the "eye" shape. Looking at the shining "big eyes", it seems that the sea of stars is filled.
"City Brain" are the first
in China. There are 12 IDC computer rooms on the underground floor of "City Brain", which will be the digital core of the whole Xiongan in the future. In order to make more effective use of the area in the machine room, the long 23 columns are hidden in the walls, the span of the structure is increased from 8 meters to 15 meters, and the corresponding roof and beam section sizes are increased. In order to ensure the stability of the structure, the project department adopts the support system of plate buckle frame, which forms numerous triangular geometric invariants and will not deform after being subjected to horizontal and vertical forces. Special design shall be carried out for special-shaped components such as over-limit beams and slabs, special-shaped walls and cantilever slabs, and expert demonstration shall be organized to ensure the safety of the formwork system. After the completion of the buckling support system in sections, a frame body acceptance shall be carried out before the installation of the formwork, and an overall acceptance shall be carried out after the completion of the formwork installation and before the concrete pouring. After checking at all levels, 12 non-column IDC computer rooms were successfully completed.
As the first large-scale intelligent building in China that combines urban computing center (cloud data center) and ultra-low energy consumption building, the ultra-low energy consumption construction is another highlight of the project.
In order to realize the uninterrupted and efficient refrigeration of the computer room air conditioning system, the energy station, the backup electric refrigeration, the indirect cooling tower and the cold storage tank are adopted, and the liquid cooling technology of "removing the compressor" is introduced. Compared with the traditional mechanical refrigeration system, the terminal energy consumption is reduced by 75%.By using ultra-efficient low-temperature modular total heat recovery heat pump unit and energy storage technology, the heat and waste heat emitted by data room equipment are recovered and comprehensively utilized to provide necessary guarantee for winter heating of "urban brain".
