. Sichuan Desheng Cement is located at the foot of the Mount Emei and between the beautiful mountains and rivers along the Dadu River. The company actively advocates harmonious coexistence with nature. Adhere to the concept of green development first, and take low-carbon environmental protection as the basic connotation of high-quality development. Through publicity boards and multimedia platforms, we vigorously advocate the practice of high-efficiency, zero-pollution work concept and simple, moderate, green and low-carbon lifestyle, and consciously become practitioners and disseminators of green development. After several years of training and practice, employees have formed a consensus that green environmental protection is the "lifeline" of sustainable development of enterprises, the "happiness line" related to the long-term interests of employees, and the "ecological line" to fulfill the social responsibility of central enterprises. Only by unswervingly taking the road of green development, can we keep the enterprise evergreen and drive the enterprise steadily and far. When the

concept changes, the environment changes greatly. The whole staff of the enterprise took conscious actions to promote the construction of "5S" "Clean Factory, Beautiful Factory" in the factory. Party member demonstration posts, clean work stations and clean teams were established one after another. Environmental protection projects such as rain and sewage diversion transformation, automatic domestic sewage treatment station and automatic atomization spraying facilities covering the factory area were completed and put into use one after another. Domestic and production wastewater is treated and then used for equipment circulating water cooling, for plant garden and orchard maintenance, to achieve "zero discharge" of production and domestic sewage. Entering the factory area, you can see the blue sky and white clouds, and the green grass. Every place will meet different scenery, and the four seasons will harvest different surprises. The equipment and factory buildings are hidden in the layers of flowers and trees, showing a picture of the harmonious coexistence of nature and industry.

Green development, starting

from reducing emissions and controlling unorganized emissions, in order to establish a new image of green environmental protection enterprises, Sichuan Desheng Cement has always focused on public opinion, taking pollutant emission control as an obligation to highlight the social responsibility of central enterprises. On the basis of the original SNCR denitrification treatment,

Sichuan Desheng Cement has boldly optimized the installation position of the spray gun, improved the nozzle type, and assisted by intelligent and precise self-feeding ammonia flow control and burner optimization, which has greatly reduced the emission of nitrogen oxides. The high-efficiency bag dust collector made of high-tech materials reduces the emission concentration of dust particles at the kiln head and tail to less than 5mg/m ³, which is much lower than national permitted emission standard of particulate matter.

In 2022, the average emission concentrations of nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide and particulate matter in Sichuan Desheng Cement are 83.58 mg/m ³, 1.32 mg/m ³ and 3.18 mg/m ³, respectively, which are in the leading level in the province and in China. The contribution rates were 68.65%, 89.54% and 79.49% respectively. Combining with the guidance on the management and control of the unorganized emission industry, the

factory implements the control of the unorganized emission of dust in an all-round way, with full coverage and no dead angle, through the measures of closed material storage shed, closed belt corridor, comprehensive coverage of the material yard by spraying and dust suppression, hardening of mining roads and spraying of mining platforms, so as to help win the battle of defending the blue sky. During the five years from

2018 to 2022, the company invested 39.1844 million yuan in environmental protection, which strongly supported the improvement of environmental protection indicators. The

company practices new development concepts, uses automation, digitalization, intellectualization and other means to continuously optimize and upgrade equipment and facilities, reduce resistance and transform, and comprehensively promotes the transformation of cement production to green, low-carbon and efficient. In the past five years, the comprehensive power consumption of clinker has been reduced by 15.96%, the standard coal consumption of clinker has been reduced by 6.47%, and the power consumption of cement process has been reduced by 11.4%. The unit consumption level of production has been in an advanced position in the industry.

Sichuan Desheng Cement is located in Leshan Vanadium and Titanium Industrial Park, and the industrial waste residue, waste water and waste gas produced by the enterprises in the park have become the resources of Sichuan Desheng Cement. Sichuan Desheng Cement has invested more than 56 million yuan to build a 9 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system, which recycles the waste gas of about 400 ℃ discharged to the air in the past to generate electricity, generating more than 45 million degrees of electricity annually, meeting about 40% of the power demand of the production line and minimizing the power consumption. At the same time, Sichuan Desheng Cement makes full use of industrial solid wastes such as phosphogypsum, desulfurized gypsum, non-ferrous metal ash, yellow phosphorus slag, blast furnace slag and ash to replace natural raw materials to produce cement, and the annual disposal of solid wastes can reach 300000 tons, which is called the local "ecological purifier". It is the continuous implementation of the core concept of "making good use of resources and service construction" of China Building Materials Group that makes the "face value" of Desheng Cement in Sichuan change with each passing day and achieves a "double harvest" of social and economic benefits.

Sichuan Desheng Cement demonstrated its mission and responsibility in green development with practical actions. With advanced environmental protection concepts and green practice, the company was named "Green Factory" in Sichuan Province in 2022.
