Jiangxi Development and Reform Commission attaches great importance to the rectification of the central supervision of ecological environment protection, and concentrates its efforts on promoting the rectification of the problems in an orderly manner. According to the requirements of the Measures for the Rectification of the Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision, the progress of the rectification of the feedback problems of the Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision in 2016 and 2021 is summarized. The Rectification Plan for Implementing the Feedback of the Central Environmental Protection Supervision Group in Jiangxi Province (Ganban Power Generation [2016] No.96) is responsible for leading five tasks and completing all the rectification. In the Rectification Plan for Implementing the Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision Report in Jiangxi Province (Ganban Power Generation [2021] No.86), there are 11 leading rectification measures, a total of 1 leading measures, a total of 12. Up to now, 10 rectification measures have been completed and 2 have reached the schedule. The rectification measures
for the second feedback problem involve the following five aspects:
first, establish a "barometer" quarterly report system for the completion of energy consumption double control; second, sort out the list of "two high" projects to be put into production in the "14th Five-Year Plan" and submit it to the state; The third is to promote the provincial people's government to issue the Implementation Opinions on Strict Access Management of High Energy Consumption and High Emission Projects; the fourth is to issue the Notice on Overall Management of Energy Consumption Indicators. Fifth, vigorously expand the scale of renewable energy market-oriented grid-connected installed capacity. By the end of 2022, the province's wind power will be 5.55 million kilowatts, photovoltaic power 12.02 million kilowatts, biomass power 1.2 million kilowatts, and the total installed capacity of new energy power generation projects in the province will be 18.78 million kilowatts, accounting for 34.3% of the total installed capacity of the province.
