However, compared with the double-digit decline in the past month or so, this week's decline has been reduced to less than 10%.
Among them,
the transaction price of N-type materials was 70000-75000 yuan/ton, with an average of 73900 yuan/ton, and the average price decreased by 8.20% week on week. The transaction price of
single crystal recharging was 650-70 thousand yuan/ton, with an average of 68100 yuan/ton, and the average price decreased by 8.71% week on week. The transaction price
of monocrystalline dense materials was 630-68000 yuan/ton, with an average of 66400 yuan/ton, and the average price decreased by 8.29% week on week. The transaction price
of monocrystalline cauliflower was 6.00-6.5 million yuan/ton, with an average of 62.7 million yuan/ton, and the average price decreased by 9.78% week on week. Since the last stable quotation on February 22, the price of
silicon materials has continued to decline, falling by nearly 74% in four months, reaching the "knee cut", which can be called tragic. The Silicon Branch said last week that prices had fallen near the cost line and some companies had stopped production at a loss. The continuous collapse of
prices is related to the continuous release of new production capacity of silicon materials. On the demand side, due to the continuous overfall of prices, silicon wafer enterprises mostly take a wait-and-see approach, and their purchasing enthusiasm continues to decline. Under the pressure of both supply and demand, the price of silicon materials falls again and again.
However, although the price decline has narrowed, there is still no sign of stopping the decline, and the "bottom" is still too early to say.
In recent years, the new production capacity of silicon materials has been released since the second quarter, and the scale of production enterprises in the third quarter is still relatively large, which will continue to intensify the phenomenon of periodic oversupply in the polysilicon market, and the price war will become more and more intense. 100,000 tons of physical polysilicon and photovoltaic industry chain project started
on June 16 in Helan Industrial Park, Yinchuan City, Ningxia. Geely's annual output of 100,000 tons of physical polysilicon and photovoltaic industry chain project (Phase I) formally entered the construction stage.
The project uses polysilicon physical purification method, which is the first successful large-scale industrialization technology of physical method in the world. It has the advantages of low energy consumption, high safety, low carbon footprint, green environmental protection and so on. The unit energy consumption is only 40% of the traditional method.
