Recently, the yuanjiang Branch of the Ecological Environment Bureau of Yiyang City, Hunan Province, made an approval decision on the environmental impact assessment report of Lishan's annual output of 10 million tons of machine-made sand and gravel (Phase I) project and publicized it.
It is reported that the project is located in Baijiagou Village, Nanzui Town, yuanjiang City. The first phase mainly constructs two production lines, one with an annual output of 2.009 million tons of machine-made sand and the other with an annual output of about 5.333 million tons of machine-made sand and about 2.667 million tons of gravel. The project is invested and constructed by Hunan Lishan New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a local private enterprise, with a total investment of 200 million yuan.
According to the EIA report, the project includes two aggregate production workshops, two raw material storage yards and two finished product storage yards, with a total floor area of 105827. 1 square meters. The specific equipment in the production workshop mainly includes drum screen, cone crusher, roller crusher, vibrating screen, transmission system, control system, etc. Both the raw material storage yard and the finished product storage yard are transported by spraying devices and fully enclosed belts.
Among them, the production workshop covers an area of about 2000 square meters, steel frame structure closed plant, the construction of an annual output of 2.009 million tons of machine-made sand production line. The second production workshop covers an area of about 12000 square meters, with a closed steel frame structure, and a production line with an annual output of about 5.333 million tons of machine-made sand and about 2.667 million tons of gravel.
In addition, during the design, construction and operation of the project, the construction unit must fully implement the pollution prevention and ecological protection measures proposed in the Report Form, strictly implement the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, and comply with the requirements of standard discharge and clean production.
