Previously, Xiexin Nengke Lithium and Electricity New Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiexin Nengke, and Zim-Thai Tantalum (Private) Limited of Zimbabwe signed the Lithium Resources Development Cooperation Agreement on December 23, 2022. The purpose is to promote the process of exploring lithium resources overseas, speed up the reserve of lithium resources abroad, and contribute to the resource distribution and integration of the company's future lithium-related industrial chain.

Xiexin Nengke said that the termination of the cooperation agreement will not have a significant impact on the company's financial situation and operating performance this year.
