The provincial natural resources department and the provincial public security department will set up a special action joint leading group, and the municipal, county (district) natural resources departments and public security organs will set up local organizations to jointly list and supervise major typical cases. Municipal and county departments in charge of natural resources and public security organs will strengthen the sharing of intelligence and information in accordance with the law and regulations, provide professional and technical support, closely link administrative law enforcement with criminal strikes, and form an integrated linkage of "intelligence-clue-strike" to combat illegal mining of mineral resources.
