Ran Xiaojun said that Chizhou Railway Company will operate and manage in accordance with the modern enterprise system, complete the preliminary work of Guichi Mineral Products Transport Railway Special Line Project as soon as possible, ensure that the construction will start formally in October as planned, strive for 18 months, ensure that it will be completed and put into operation within two years, and reach the design and planning traffic volume in 2026. It is understood that Guichi District Mineral Products Railway Transportation Special Line Project consists of two lines, one starting from Tangxi Town, the other starting from Dunshang Street, and the other ending at Jiangkou Port Area and Power Plant Phase II Wharf, with a total length of 68 km and six stations along the line, with a total investment of 10.8 billion yuan. Chizhou Railway Construction and Operation Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company controlled by China Railway Construction Co., Ltd. and participated by Chizhou Asset Operation Group, Pingtianhu Investment and Control Group, Jinqiao Investment Group and Chizhou yuanhang Company.
