China Cement Network, Fujian Building Materials Industry Association issued the Notice on the Arrangement of Peak Staggering in August (hereinafter referred to as the Notice) on August 2, deciding that Fujian cement enterprises should stagger the peak for 16 days in August and complete it before August 25.
The specific contents of the notice are as follows:
1. Staggering the peak for 16 days in August will be completed before August 25.
2. All enterprises plan to report to the Secretariat of the Association before 12 o'clock on August 3.
3. In order to better check the starting and stopping of the kiln in a timely manner: if the release is not made in the off-peak group within 12 hours of the kiln stopping, the kiln stopping time shall be counted according to the date (hour) of the release; if the release is not made in the off-peak group within 12 hours of the kiln starting, the kiln starting time shall be counted according to 3 days before the actual kiln starting time.
4. The original rules will continue to be implemented and will not be mentioned here.
It is worth noting that the off-peak production time of Fujian cement industry in August has increased compared with that in July. According to the peak staggering production arrangement issued by Fujian Building Materials Industry Association in July, the number of peak staggering days in Fujian Province in July was 12 days, 4 days less than that in August.
Recently, the market demand performance in Fujian is general, and the shipment volume of enterprises is only about 3-5% of the normal level, but because the price of cement has basically dropped to the cost line, enterprises are under great pressure. Staggered production for 16 days
in August is expected to improve the supply pressure to some extent. Driven by this, some major enterprises in the province intend to try to push up the cement price by about 30 yuan/ton again in early August, and the specific implementation remains to be seen.
