It is reported that in 2023, the first batch of key industrial product quality supervision and spot checks at the municipal level sampled 30 batches of cement products, including 8 batches of products from 5 cement production enterprises in the production field and 22 batches of products sold by 15 cement dealers in the circulation field.
According to the requirements of GB 175-2007 General Portland Cement Standard, the items of sulfur trioxide, loss on ignition, chloride ion, magnesium oxide, setting time, soundness and strength of cement products were tested.
This spot check found that a batch of products from a seller of Dajun Building Materials Business Department in Tianqiao District of Jinan City did not meet the requirements of relevant standards, and the unqualified items were the setting time (final setting time) items.
For the sellers of unqualified products found in this spot check, Jinan Municipal Market Supervision and Administration has instructed the relevant market supervision and administration departments to do a good job of post-processing in accordance with the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Interim Measures for the Administration of Product Quality Supervision and Spot Inspection, and the relevant provisions of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration and the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision and Administration on supervision and spot inspection.
