Cement Net Exclusive: In the First Half of the Year, the Number of Employees of China Resources Building Materials Technology Decreased by 774

China Resources Building Materials Technology in 2024, as of June 30, 2024, China Resources Building Materials Technology employed 17,165 full-time employees, 359 of whom worked in Hong Kong. The remaining 16,806 are working in the Mainland (17,939, 343 and 17,596 respectively as at 31 December 2023). The breakdown of employees by function is as follows:

In the past six months, the number of management personnel of China Resources Building Material Technology has decreased by 6, the number of financial, administrative and other personnel has decreased by 45, the number of production personnel has decreased by 648, the number of technical personnel has decreased by 143, the number of marketing personnel has increased by 68, and the total number of employees has decreased by 774. Production personnel accounted for 77%.

Of the 475 senior and middle managers, 86% are men and 14% are women, 84% hold a university degree or higher, 14% have a college education, and their average age is about 47 years (481, 86%, 14%, 84%, 14%, 47 years, respectively, at December 31, 2023).   In the first half of
