On May 9, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps issued an announcement on the change of peak staggering in the cement clinker production line of the Corps from 2023 to 2024.
In order to implement the spirit of the Notice of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Further Improving the Normalized Peak-Staggered Production of Cement (No.21 [2020] of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), The Department of Industry and Information of the Autonomous Region, the Department of Ecological Environment, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the Corps and the Bureau of Ecological Environment jointly issued the Notice on Issuing the Cement Peak-Staggered Production Plan from 2023 to 2024 (Xin Gong Xin Building Materials [2023] No.4). In accordance with the requirements of the notification, some divisions of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Bureau of Ecological Environment have requested to change the production time of enterprises due to changes in supply and demand in the regional market. The
announcement shows that Bazhou Qingsong Luyuan Building Material Co., Ltd., which belongs to Tiemenguan City of the Second Division, will adjust the opening time of the kiln during the peak staggering period from May 17 to May 31, 2024 (15 days) to the non-peak staggering period from September 16 to September 30, 2024 (15 days).
According to China Cement Network, Bazhou Qingsong Lvyuan Building Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Yanqi County, Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with a 2500t/d cement clinker production line (kiln diameter of Φ4.0 × 58 m) and an annual clinker production capacity of 775000 tons.
