In order to increase profits, some leading enterprises in Wuwei area notified an increase of 30-50 yuan/ton in cement prices on the 6th, of which bulk cement notified an increase of 50 yuan/ton. In addition, on the 4th , the leading enterprises in Wenxian County of Longnan raised the price of cement by 30-50 yuan/ton for some districts. Including 14 cement enterprises, Jiangsu Province issued a list of key units in the carbon emissions trading market in 2027.

Recently, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Jiangsu Province announced the list of key emission units in the national carbon emission trading market in Jiangsu Province in 2027. A total of 262 subjects were included in the control, of which 14 were selected from the cement sub-industry, distributed in Nanjing, Wuxi, Xuzhou, Changzhou, Yancheng and Zhenjiang, including Nanjing Zhonglian Cement, Jiangsu Xinning New Building Materials, China Cement Plant, etc. The announcement of the list means that the relevant cement enterprises will be included in the quota management and performance scope of the national carbon market in 2027.
