Recently, Inner Mongolia Cement Group organized senior managers of regional companies to visit Shandong Platform, Xuzhou Zhonglian, Southern Building Materials and other enterprises for a week.

Through in-depth exchanges on platform operation mode, clinker management and control mode, market coordination and other aspects, we learned the successful experience of Shandong and the southern region, which made the participants renew their ideas and benefit a lot. < br/>
During the study forum in Jinan, Mi Jingtian, vice chairman of Shanshui Group, introduced the situation of Zibo cement industry and the process of promoting the establishment of Zibo Lianhe Platform.
Mi stressed that government leadership is the key and the active participation of enterprises is the foundation. The construction of the platform benefits from the strong support of leaders at all levels in Zichuan District, the responsibility of large enterprises in the region and the active cooperation of other enterprises. The relevant leaders
of Zibo Joint Platform introduced the operation of the platform company in detail. As a platform for capacity removal, the company has been actively preparing to set up a special fund for capacity removal and drafting a plan for capacity removal during the 13th Five-Year Plan period in accordance with the requirements of Document No.34 since its establishment. The functions of the
platform include the implementation of peak staggering production, the promotion of kiln shutdown and production restriction, and the strengthening of industry self-discipline. The company has also signed product commission sales agreements with various enterprises, through effective control of supply, rational allocation of resources, completely eliminating vicious competition, enterprise efficiency has rebounded substantially. During the study period in
Jiangsu Province, I visited the production line of Xuzhou Zhonglian and listened to the performance report of the enterprise in 2018, and deeply realized the importance of market coordination and fine management.
As a typical example of large-scale joint reorganization of building materials in China, Xuzhou Zhonglian actively participates in market coordination, establishes good communication and cooperation, takes the lead in limiting production and stabilizing prices, and maintains a benign market competition pattern. When the
group went to Southern Cement for exchange and study, President Xiao Jiaxiang introduced the basic situation of Southern Cement and the responsibilities of Southern Cement in market coordination. Mr. Xiao pointed out that the core of Southern Cement to achieve the current effect is to adhere to the effective coordination between the two major (Southern + Conch) enterprises and do a good job in the effective management and control of clinker.
During the discussion, Zhu Lisheng, deputy general manager of Southern Cement, shared the experience of platform construction. The construction of offshore platform is mainly to implement the concept of "easy first, difficult later, focusing on the key", to control the surplus clinker of both sides, and to achieve common progress, co-management and sharing. The management of the platform should make joint decisions, with the main and the auxiliary, and compromise with each other.

Through a week of study and exchange, in view of the characteristics of Inner Mongolia region, combined with the suggestions of President Mi and President Xiao, we can more unify our thinking and unswervingly take the road of coordinated development.
