Jin Yu Jidong said that Ren Qianjin applied to resign as a director of the company and a member of the nomination committee of the board of directors due to job adjustment . According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association of the Company, Ren Qianjin's resignation application shall take effect from the date when the written resignation report is delivered to the Company.
