2025, Handan Jinyu relocation project resolutely started the optimization of technical scheme. The original planned 2 × 4500t/d cement clinker production line was integrated and upgraded to a 9000t/d production line. This adjustment not only greatly reduces project investment through intensive production, but also upgrades large-scale and efficient equipment to set a demonstration benchmark for the green transformation of the cement industry. After the change of the
project plan, Handan Jinyu acted quickly and completed the special demonstration of capacity replacement and "two high" projects in May and August, clearing the key obstacles for the project filing. In order to ensure the precise landing of the filing procedures, a special working group was set up, which went to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission for many times to communicate and coordinate face to face, sorted out the filing requirements one by one, and refined, corrected and optimized several rounds of declaration materials according to the feedback, so as to ensure the integrity of the material norms with an extremely rigorous attitude.
After months of hard work, on October 9, the project successfully obtained the approval documents for filing, marking a decisive breakthrough in the preliminary work of Handan Jinyu relocation project and formally turning to the key stage of approval. Taking this as a node, Handan Jinyu will comprehensively speed up the submission of core elements such as coal substitution scheme, energy-saving review, environmental impact assessment, soil and water conservation, and make every effort to get through the "whole chain" of formalities, so as to press the "acceleration key" for the early start of construction and the timely commissioning of the project.
