"Double line success"! Conch new project put into production

2025, at 19:58, the site of Zongyang Conch Aggregate Project was lit with firecrackers and fireworks, and the aggregate production line in the project with an annual output of 1.6 million tons of aggregate machine-made sand was put into operation smoothly. More than 50 people, including company leaders, middle-level departments, staff representatives and construction units, witnessed this important moment. 38 on the same day, the company's annual output of 2.2 million tons of cement grinding project built a new 2 # cement mill loaded with 30% steel balls successfully, achieving "double-line success". At 16:28, the feeding equipment of the cement conveyor line was put into operation, the delivery channel of the wharf was connected, and the 2 # cement transfer depot of the wharf began to feed, marking the completion of the whole process of the project. The

annual output of 1.6 million tons of aggregate machine-made sand project (including 1 million tons of fine machine-made sand and 600,000 tons of aggregate) includes the crushing, production, storage, delivery and supporting auxiliary facilities of aggregate and machine-made sand. The project has built a new limestone raw material warehouse, belt corridor, aggregate finished product warehouse and other supporting facilities, as well as a new wharf delivery corridor. After putting into operation, it will help the company to achieve self-production and self-use of aggregates, and significantly enhance the competitiveness of commercial mixing business. It is estimated that the commercial mixing station produces and sells 150000 cubic meters (about 280000 tons of sand and gravel aggregate) annually, which can save about 4.3 million yuan of transportation cost annually. At the same time, the project will further strengthen the supporting capacity of ceramic tile glue and dry-mixed mortar downstream of the joint-stock company, promote the coordinated development of "cement + aggregate + commercial mixing", and realize the strategic layout of "extending chain, supplementing chain and strengthening chain". The main construction contents of the cement grinding and supporting engineering project with

an annual output of 2.2 million tons include clinker storage, cement grinding, cement storage and delivery facilities. The project adopts the cement combined grinding system, which effectively realizes the increase of output, quality improvement and energy consumption reduction. The project started construction in August 2024, and the first cement mill was put into operation on August 28, 2025. The successful operation of the second cement mill marks that the company's annual cement production capacity has jumped to 3.3 million tons, which will further optimize the process layout, enhance the scale advantage and regional market supply capacity, form a new profit growth point, and inject strong momentum into local economic development.
