Excellent Intelligent Factory is the list of 2024 Intelligent Factory Gradient Cultivation Enterprises published by the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other six departments. 1. The advanced model-driven full-process lean management and control cement intelligent factory of Jidong Cement Panshi Co., Ltd.;

2. Intelligent cement plant of Hefei Southern Cement Co., Ltd. based on expert system intelligent optimization;

3. Low-carbon intelligent plant of Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. in the whole process of cement;

4. Intelligent cement factory driven by industrial model of China Resources Cement (Tianyang) Co., Ltd.;

5. Jidong Heidelberg (Jingyang) Cement Co., Ltd. Cement End-to-End Whole Process Control Intelligent Factory

6. In September 2025, Wuzhong Horse Racing New Building Materials Co., Ltd., a new generation of intelligent cement clinker factory

with AI enabling decision-making, announced the second batch of excellent intelligent factories in 2025. The cement enterprises include:

1. The second-generation new dry-process cement intelligent factory of Huzhou Huaikan Southern Cement Co., Ltd.;

2. The cement intelligent factory of Anhui Zongyang Conch Cement Co., Ltd. with closed-loop optimization of the whole data process;

3. Jidong Cement Tongchuan Co., Ltd. 10000-ton cement full-process digital intelligent factory.
