In response to the above report, Qiyang Natural Resources Bureau said that it had made a preliminary understanding of the relevant situation according to the procedure, and had asked enterprises to provide relevant procurement contracts, bills and other supporting materials.
Based on the materials provided by Qiyang Conch Cement at present, this batch of sales stones is obtained from its outsourcing, which does not belong to the mineral resources exploited within the scope of Qiyang Conch Cement's own mining rights, and its sales behavior is not subject to the relevant provisions of mineral resources management.
At the same time, Qiyang Natural Resources Bureau said that this statement is based on the materials currently provided by enterprises, and if new evidence is found, the Bureau will re-verify it according to law.
