16 June, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology issued the Notice on Cancellation of the Capacity Replacement Scheme for the 4000 Tons/Day Cement Clinker Production Line of the Green Intelligent Digital New Material Industrial Park Optimization and Upgrading Project (Phase II) of Jiande Southern Cement Co., Ltd.
Jiande Southern Cement Co., Ltd. applied to cancel the Capacity Replacement Plan for 4000 Tons/Day Cement Clinker Production Line of the Green Intelligent Digital New Material Industrial Park Optimization and Upgrading Project (Phase II) of Jiande Southern Cement Co., Ltd. After reviewing the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 Edition) (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2024] No.206), the plan for capacity replacement is now cancelled and announced.
According to the Announcement of Capacity Replacement Scheme for 4000 Tons/Day Cement Clinker Production Line of Green Intelligent Digital New Material Industrial Park Optimization and Upgrading Project (Phase II) of Jiande Southern Cement Co., Ltd. issued in 2021. Jiande Southern Cement will build a 4000 tons/day cement clinker production line in Jiande, Hangzhou through reduction and replacement. The production capacity for the replacement of the new production line comes from a 4000t/d clinker production line of Zhejiang Hangzhou Dama Cement Co., Ltd. and a 2500t/d clinker production line of Zhejiang Huying Cement Co., Ltd., totaling 6500t/d clinker production capacity.
