administrative penalty decision shows that the name of the party is Jiaokou Chengzheng Building Materials Co., Ltd.; the legal representative (person in charge) is Liu Lanping; and the address is located in Sigou Village, Shuitou Town, Jiaokou County.

It is reported that on September 9, 2025, when the law enforcement officers of Luliang Ecological Environment Bureau carried out routine inspection on Jiaokou Chengzheng Building Materials Co., Ltd., they found that the company 's new project with an annual output of 300000 cubic meters of commercial concrete had not been assessed for environmental impact. It started construction without authorization in April 2025 and is currently in the stage of equipment installation.

Finally, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Lvliang City imposed the following administrative penalty on the enterprise: a fine of twenty-six thousand yuan (¥ 26,000).
