22 October, The Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Ya'an City, Sichuan Province issued an application for approval of the withdrawal of the environmental impact report form for the upgrading and transformation project of the 2500t/d clinker new dry process cement production line of Sichuan Erlang Shan Labahe Cement Co., Ltd. Letter.

Ya'an Ecological Environment Bureau said that after research, the Bureau agreed to apply for Sichuan Erlangshan Labahe Cement Co., Ltd. and returned the relevant information. After the relevant supporting materials of the project are completed, the relevant information is verified and confirmed, and the EIA text is revised and improved, Sichuan Erlangshan Labahe Cement Co., Ltd. may apply for approval separately according to the relevant procedures.

Previously, on October 9, the EIA of the project was accepted. The construction site of the project is located at No.956, Fengyang Avenue, Shiyang Town, Tianquan County, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province. The construction unit is Sichuan Erlangshan Labahe Cement Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Erlangshan Labahe Company"), a subsidiary of China Building Materials Corporation.
