On October 22, at the research symposium of Nanchang Plant, the departments and offices of Nanchang Plant reported on the promotion of "1 + N" reform, centralized management, functional construction, staffing and division of labor, current difficulties and next solutions. In view of the difficulties and challenges encountered by the participants,
Cheng Dunzhu gave careful guidance and put forward three requirements for the future development of Nanchang Factory:
deepening the "1 + N" reform . We should enhance the ability of the middle station, give full play to the core efficiency of dispatching center and supply chain intensive management, and use digitalization to break through data barriers to ensure accurate and efficient instructions and feedback. We should give full play to the leverage of the platform, optimize the supplier management, evaluation and introduction mechanism, and build a "high quality and low price" raw material supply system. The factory and station team earnestly fulfills the responsibilities of support, guidance and supervision, promotes the landing of the management mode of "five departments, one room and one center", and strengthens the core management functions.
Focus on value creation . We should improve the quality of marketing, strengthen the management of accounts receivable, optimize marketing strategies, and practice the principle of "value equivalence". We should make good use of the performance appraisal mechanism, strengthen incentives based on post value, and improve compliance supervision. Support capable and willing employees to achieve better development, resolutely eliminate those who are passive and inefficient, continuously purify the organizational ecology, and improve the operational efficiency of the plant.
Consolidate team building . We should pay close attention to the working status, ideological trends, salary and development channels of front-line employees, and ensure the stability and high morale of the team in the critical period of reform. We should promote the deep integration of centralized management and posts, optimize the allocation of human resources, enhance the efficiency of organizational operation, and lay a solid mass foundation for reform and development. During
the investigation period, Cheng Dunzhu and his delegation went deep into Nanchang Factory to carry out safety production inspection, and earnestly implemented the action requirements of "100 days of safety and no accidents".
Cheng Dunzhu and his delegation visited Jiang Xin, Executive Chairman of Anhui Green Building Material Products Association, and Chen Duoqi, Chairman of Anhui Exploration Automobile, and then visited the headquarters of Exploration Automobile on the spot. Cheng Dunzhu had a detailed understanding of the operation mechanism of Exploration Automobile Dispatching System and Safety Driving Supervision System. Exploratory Automobile introduced its basic operation, business model and market layout; Jiang Xin introduced the development process, working concept and next key work plan of Green Building Materials Association; Cheng Dunzhu introduced the market layout, information construction achievements and industry coordination of China Construction Commercial Concrete in combination with the actual development of the enterprise.

On October 23, Cheng Dunzhu and his delegation went to the dispatching center of Hefei Plant for investigation and guidance . Gu Rui, secretary of the Party branch and director of Hefei Plant, introduced the construction plan, implementation effect and next work plan of the dispatching center of Hefei Plant.
Cheng Dunzhu affirmed the current construction results of the dispatching center of Hefei Plant, and put forward the following requirements for the next work of Hefei Plant:
resolutely implement the "1 + N" reform plan , timely change management ideas and methods, optimize the organizational structure, clarify the boundaries of responsibilities, and innovate the assessment mechanism. The overall improvement of management efficiency activates the endogenous power of enterprises and ensures that the reform and deployment take root and bear fruit.
We will accelerate the integration of marketing resources and the improvement of the structure, strictly implement the three-level structure system, clarify the responsibilities of all levels, systematically integrate core marketing resources such as brands, channels, customers and talents, and ensure the implementation of the "two excellent and two heavy" market strategy.
Stimulate the collaborative efficiency of intelligent dispatching, integrate big data, Internet of Things and other technical means, optimize the whole chain response mechanism of production planning, vehicle capacity allocation and raw material supply, continuously strengthen the core function of dispatching center, and ensure the efficient coordination of enterprise production and operation and precise risk management and control.
Deepening the construction of Zhongtai and data empowerment , realizing 100% online management and control of production plan, strengthening the whole life cycle management of data, establishing unified data standards and norms, providing scientific decision-making support for capacity optimization, cost control and risk early warning.
