On October 23, the site atmosphere of 3 # kiln of China Cement Plant was warm, and the launching ceremony of "Intelligent Renewal, Kiln Building the Future-the world's first rotary kiln refractory brick laying robot" was held here. The leaders of Longtan Street, Nanjing Saizhong, Conch Jian'an, China Cement Plant and other relevant units in Qixia District of Nanjing witnessed this important moment with the R & D team.
At 10:58 a.m., the ceremony officially began. Under the joint witness of the guests on the spot, the world's first rotary kiln bricklaying robot was officially unveiled.
Subsequently, the participants moved to the kiln to observe the demonstration of the bricklaying operation of the robot on the spot. Its smooth and accurate operation performance has won unanimous praise on the spot. The use of refractory brick laying robots in
rotary kilns will effectively solve many challenges faced by traditional masonry operations, which can not only replace manual continuous operation in high temperature and high dust environment, significantly reduce labor intensity and safety risks, but also show unique advantages in masonry accuracy and stability. It provides reliable technical support for improving construction quality and efficiency.
In the follow-up technical exchange, the R & D team representatives shared the key process of the project, and conducted in-depth exchanges around equipment performance optimization and future application scenario expansion, pointing out the direction for the next development of the project.
