Announcement of Jiangxi Southern Cement 4667t/d Cement Clinker Project Capacity Replacement Plan

Recently, the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued a public announcement on the capacity supplement and replacement plan for the 4667 tons per day cement clinker project of Jiangxi Southern Cement Co., Ltd. The publicity time is from October 22, 2025 to November 4, 2025.

Jiangxi Southern Cement Co., Ltd. intends to transfer the 7000t/d cement clinker production capacity of its subordinate member enterprise, Sinoma Pingxiang Cement Co., Ltd. It is used to supplement the production capacity of four cement clinker production lines of four subordinate member enterprises , including Jiangxi Yongfeng Southern Cement Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Luxi Southern Cement Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Shanggao Southern Cement Co., Ltd., and Jiangxi Fengcheng Southern Cement Co., Ltd. The replacement ratio is 1.5: 1 , Respectively supplement 667t/d cement clinker production capacity of Jiangxi Yongfeng Southern Cement Co., Ltd., 1000t/d cement clinker production capacity of Jiangxi Luxi Southern Cement Co., Ltd., 2000t/d cement clinker production capacity of Jiangxi Shanggao Southern Cement Co., Ltd. and 1000t/d cement clinker production capacity of Jiangxi Fengcheng Southern Cement Co., Ltd.
