On October 27, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China announced the research project of the 2025 Industrial Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction Standard from October 28 to November 3, 2025. Three of them involve the cement industry.

Three of them are related to the cement industry , namely, the technical requirements for energy saving of kiln grinding system in cement industry, the technical evaluation requirements for energy saving and carbon reduction in cement industry, and the implementation guidelines for greenhouse gas management system in building materials enterprises.

Hainan Ruize announced its third-quarter results on the evening of October 29 that its revenue in the first three quarters of 2025 was about 894 million yuan, a decrease of 13.77% compared with the same period last year. The net profit loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies was about 81.2 million yuan, and the basic earnings per share loss was 0.07 yuan.
