Recently, the SCR denitrification EPC project of 5000t/d cement clinker production line of Liaoning Taini Cement Co., Ltd. The acceptance results are all superior to the requirements of the contract indicators. NOx concentration emission control ≤ 40mg/Nm3 (standard condition, dry basis, 10% oxygen); ammonia escape ≤ 1.5mg/Nm3; overall system operation resistance ≤ 600pa; system temperature drop ≤ 1 ℃.
The project uses high temperature and high dust SCR denitrification technology, SCR reactor is arranged between C1 outlet and waste heat boiler. After Dawei Hi-tech undertakes the project, through detailed investigation and demonstration, the humidification tower is dismantled and the SCR reactor is built in the original position. The site layout is reasonable and compact, and the system operation resistance is reduced. The flow field of SCR denitration was simulated and optimized according to the operating conditions of Liaoning Taiwan Mud, and the catalyst formula and dosage were adjusted, and the soot blowing system was customized to reduce the impact of co-disposal and alternative fuels on the SCR system.
