On July 9, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Heilongjiang Province issued the Announcement on the Replacement Scheme of Supplementary Capacity for the Project of Heilongjiang Jinyu Jidong Shuangyashan New Age Cement Co., Ltd. with a Daily Output of 5000 Tons (Cement Clinker).

On July 9, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Heilongjiang Province issued the Announcement on the Replacement Scheme of Supplementary Capacity for the Project of Heilongjiang Jinyu Jidong Shuangyashan New Age Cement Co., Ltd. with a Daily Output of 5000 Tons (Cement Clinker ).

In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition)" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's original [2024] 206) and related documents, the supplementary capacity replacement scheme for the 5000 tons per day (cement clinker) project of Heilongjiang Jinyu Jidong Shuangyashan New Age Cement Co., Ltd. is now publicized.
