In order to consolidate the quality management foundation of cement enterprises and improve the quality consciousness and inspection level of quality inspectors in cement production enterprises, according to the quality requirements of quality inspectors in cement production enterprises in the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Cement Product Production License" and "Quality Management Regulations for Cement Production Enterprises", and in combination with the product quality of cement industry and related standards. Guangdong Cement Industry Association held a training course for quality inspectors of cement production enterprises in the province from April to May 2025.
In order to facilitate cement production enterprises to arrange on-the-job quality inspectors to participate in learning and reduce the impact on the normal production and operation of enterprises, the training took the form of sub-regional teaching or centralized classes, and 9 training sites were set up, including Yingde, Guangzhou, Foshan, Yangjiang, Zhanjiang, Huizhou, Meizhou, Yunfu and Zhaoqing. The training started in early April and lasted for one and a half months. More than 1100 on-the-job quality inspectors in the province participated in the training.
This training is taught by senior experts who have been engaged in quality inspection and quality management in cement industry for many years. The training forms include centralized teaching and assessment, and the training contents include the quality management consciousness of quality inspectors in cement enterprises, the professional theoretical knowledge of "should know" and the practical operation skills of "should know". It involves the quality inspection and quality control of raw materials, process materials and cement products, the configuration and use of inspection equipment, the requirements and control of inspection environmental conditions, the storage and storage of chemicals, the filling of original inspection records, and GB175-2023, GB/T21372-2024, GB/T1346-2024, Interpretation of new standards such as GB/T750-2024. In the process, the lecturers also focused on the typical cases found in the quality supervision spot checks of cement enterprises organized by government functional departments at all levels, the verification of production license confirmation and the evaluation and assessment of standardized laboratories, which are simple, easy to understand and relaxed in the classroom atmosphere, and are conducive to students'efficient absorption.
Through a series of professional training, the inspectors of cement production enterprises in Guangdong Province not only master the latest standards and regulations, corresponding inspection methods and cement-related regulatory policies, but also understand the latest industry trends and keep pace with the times, so that the quality knowledge and inspection ability of cement quality inspectors in Guangdong Province can be effectively improved. Further improve the quality management level of cement industry in Guangdong Province.
This training covers the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of cement quality inspectors, and the curriculum is reasonable, which has played a significant role in improving the comprehensive quality of quality inspectors in cement enterprises and helping enterprises improve the overall level of quality control, and the training has achieved the expected results.
