On March 4, the 2500t/d cement clinker production line of Shandong Lianhe Wangqi Cement Co., Ltd. was shut down and withdrawn from the site acceptance meeting.
It is understood that the company is currently building a 4000t/d clinker production line project. In July
2024, the promotion meeting of Shandong Lianhe Wangqi Cement 4000t/d cement clinker new dry process production line project was held. The total investment of
the project is 1 billion yuan , the new building area is 6065.80 square meters, the 2500t/d production line is demolished in situ and replaced with 1500t/d, the 4000t/d new dry process cement clinker production line is built and the 6MW waste heat power generation system is built. The production process adopts centralized control, intelligent DCS control system, environmental protection on-line monitoring system, energy on-line monitoring system and remote control system to realize intelligent, digital, energy-saving and ecological production process and equipment level.
At that time, the total cost per ton of clinker will be reduced by 15.13%, the annual output of clinker will be 1.24 million tons, the annual power generation will be 32.24 million kWh, the annual power supply will be 30.3 million kWh, the annual output value will be increased by 500 million yuan, and the tax revenue will be increased by 50 million yuan.
