On July 15, the tender announcement for 146.02 MWp photovoltaic module procurement project of Hetou Wangjia and Wang Xiaocun photovoltaic power generation project in Mouding County, Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province was issued. The tenderer is Kunming Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Construction Group.
Hetou Wangjia Photovoltaic Power Generation Project and Wang Xiaocun Photovoltaic Power Generation Project respectively purchased 73.0162 MW of 620 Wp N-type photovoltaic modules , totaling about 146.02 MW .

As for the delivery time, the two projects are required to be delivered in batches on August 10, 2025. The first delivery quantity is planned to be 30MWp , and the remaining quantity must be delivered on September 15, 2025.
This tender requires bidders to have good business reputation and relevant qualifications. In the past three years (2022-2024), the bidder has no less than three sales performances of equipment similar to the bidding products ( monocrystalline silicon N-type 610Wp and above double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules ) . The single sales performance shall not be less than 150MWp , and the key pages of the sales contract shall be provided. Consortium bidding is not accepted for
this project. The deadline for bid
opening/bidding is 10:00 on August 6, 2025.
