On November 10, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on the Capacity Transfer Scheme of the New Dry Cement Production Line with a Daily Output of 3000 Tons of Clinker of Guizhou Delong Cement Co., Ltd.
