Deputy General Manager of BBMG Group Resigns!

On November 10, Jinyu Group announced that Mr. Kong Qinghui would no longer serve as deputy general manager of the company. The board of directors of

the company received the resignation report of Mr. Kong Qinghui on November 10, 2025. Mr. Kong Qinghui resigned from the position of deputy general manager of the Company due to job change. He resigned on November 10, 2025, and his original term of office ended on June 6, 2027.

After resigning from the position of Deputy General Manager, Mr. Kong Qinghui will continue to serve as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company .
