Recently, our company received a consultation from a third party company and learned that there are two units, Shandong Xinwanju New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Doushan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., which have contractual cooperation with our company. Intends to collect payments from third party companies. After verification, the above two units are suspected of forging the seal of our company. In this regard, our company makes the following solemn statement:

I. Our company has never signed any contract documents such as the Collection Agreement with Shandong Xinwanju New Material Technology Co., Ltd., and Shandong Xinwanju New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is suspected of forging the official seal of our company. Our company has nothing to do with the company's forgery of the Collection Agreement and other documents with our company's seal. Our company has nothing to do with the losses caused to third parties, and our company will not assume any responsibility.

II. Our company has never signed any contract documents such as the Joint Construction Contract for the Expansion Project of Binzhou-Bincheng Expressway with Guangdong Doushan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Doushan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is suspected of forging the official seal of our company. Our company has nothing to do with the company's forgery of the joint construction contract and other documents with our company's seal, and our company has nothing to do with the losses caused to the third party, and our company will not assume any responsibility.

III. Our company will further investigate and collect evidence. If we find that Shandong Xinwanju New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Doushan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. have illegal and criminal acts, we will report to the public security organs and investigate the criminal responsibility according to law. If we have caused losses to our company, we will recover them according to law.
