Western Construction elects employee directors!

November 10, Western Construction issued an announcement on the election of staff directors.

Recently, the company held a staff Congress to elect Mr. Wang Jinxue as the eighth board of directors of the company. The qualifications of Mr. Wang Jinxue are in compliance with the requirements of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association. His term of office shall commence from the date of approval of the election at the employee representative meeting and end on the expiry date of the term of the eighth session of the Board.

The biographical details are as follows:

Mr. Wang Jinxue, Chinese, Han nationality, born in 1971, holds a postgraduate degree and is a professor-level senior engineer. He was the director of the first mechanical and electrical design Institute, the director of the third mechanical and electrical design Institute, the secretary of the Party branch of the third mechanical and electrical design Institute of China Southwest Architectural Design Research Institute Co., Ltd., the member of the Discipline Committee of China Southwest Architectural Design Research Institute Co., Ltd., the director, the general manager of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the deputy director of the Innovation Incubation Center of New Architectural Technologies and New Materials. Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, Member of the Party Committee, Supervisor and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of China Southwest Architectural Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. He has served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union of the Company since May 2024 and Employee Director of the Company since November 2025.
