Senior personnel changes of Western Cement and Jidong Cement

March, Western Cement announced that with effect from 24 March 2025:

(1) Lou Jiaqiang was appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee of the Company;

(2) Lee Kong Wai, Conway was appointed as the chief independent non-executive director;

Wang Rui was appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee of the Company.

On the same day, Jidong Cement issued a notice. Mr. Wang Xiangdong resigned as a director of the tenth session of the Board of Directors, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee of the Company due to work adjustment, and ceased to hold any position in the Company.
