On November 12, Huarun New Energy Gansu Yongdeng Phase III Sujiaxia 100 MW Photovoltaic Project (excluding photovoltaic modules and box transformers) PC general contracting project tender announcement was issued. The tenderer is China Resources New Energy (Yongdeng) Co., Ltd .
It is understood that the project is located in Qishan Township, Yongdeng County, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province . The bidding scope includes the access road of the photovoltaic field, the road works of the field, the support and equipment foundation works, the procurement and installation works of photovoltaic support and accessories, the installation works of photovoltaic modules (excluding the procurement of modules), the inverter (procurement and installation), the installation of box transformers and accessories (excluding the procurement of box transformers), etc. In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders from November 20, 2022 to the deadline for bidding (whichever is the completion date). EPC or PC construction performance (labor subcontracting performance is invalid) of two or more ground centralized photovoltaic power stations (single project capacity of 50 MW and above) has been completed, and supporting documents are provided. If the project capacity, contract scope and completion are not proved, the performance is invalid. In terms of
delivery date/construction period, the project is planned to break ground and start construction on December 25, 2025; the first batch of components will be installed on May 10, 2026; the full capacity will be connected to the grid on October 30, 2026; and the completion acceptance will be completed on January 30, 2027. Consortium bidding is not allowed
in this tender . The bid
