On November 12, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Heilongjiang Province issued a public announcement on the supplementary capacity replacement scheme for the 3460t/d cement clinker production line project of Jixi Sailong Cement Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

According to the announcement, Yuci Cement Co., Ltd. of Zhihai Enterprise Group transferred 1920t/d production capacity to the 2500t/d clinker line of Jixi Sailong Cement Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to supplement 960t/d production capacity. After the supplement, the production capacity is 3640t/d, and the replacement ratio is 2:1.

According to the big data of China Cement Network, on October 21, the Northwest Cement Price Index rose 10.58 points from the previous trading day, closing at 356.99 points, or 3.05%, ranking first among the top ten regions in the country, the biggest one-day increase in the past year. On that day, the price index of the Yangtze River and East China rose by 0.23% and 0.20% respectively, while the national index rose by only 0.17%, and the Northwest Heat took the lead.
