On November 17, the Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau of Jizhou District of Tianjin issued a public announcement on the acceptance of environmental impact assessment of Juyuan Concrete Production Project.
The environmental impact assessment shows that the project is located in the north of Guanchang Village, Chutouling Town, Jizhou District, Tianjin. The total investment of the project is 3.8 million yuan , including 620,000 yuan for environmental protection. The construction period is 4 months. The construction unit is Tianjin Juyuan Concrete Co., Ltd.
This project is a new project, which mainly relies on the existing idle production workshop and office building, constructs two concrete production lines, and constructs other ancillary facilities. After the project is put into operation, it is estimated that the annual output of concrete will be 300,000 cubic meters.
According to the Decision of Tianjin Jizhou District Ecological Environment Bureau on Ordering the Correction of Illegal Acts (Jinji Ecological Environment Responsibility Change Word [2025] No.002) issued by Tianjin Jizhou District Ecological Environment Bureau on August 22, 2025, part of the project has been constructed. Including the raw material warehouse (relying on the existing production workshop to arrange the sand and gravel storage workshop), 2 sets of concrete mixing units (supporting 2 storage tanks) and the silos supporting the units (8 in total), which have been suspended in accordance with the requirements of the order for correction, and the project construction will be completed after the environmental impact report of the project is submitted for approval in accordance with the law.
