Supplement 850t/d capacity of Guangde Hongshan South 4500t/d clinker production line

On November 18, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Guizhou Province issued the Announcement on the Capacity Transfer Scheme of the New Dry Cement Production Line with a Daily Output of 2500 Tons of Clinker of Dafang Yonggui Building Materials Co., Ltd. The 2500t/d clinker production line of Dafang Yonggui Building Materials Co., Ltd. will be transferred to the 4500t/d clinker production line of Anhui Guangde Hongshan Southern Cement Co., Ltd., with a replacement ratio of 2:1. The total production capacity after compliance supplement is 5,350t/d.

Beixin Building Materials Appoints New Deputy General Manager!

On December 12, Beixin Building Materials issued the resolution announcement of the twenty-fifth interim meeting of the seventh board of directors. The announcement said that the board meeting considered and approved the Bill on the Appointment of Deputy General Manager of the Company, which had been considered and approved by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. It was agreed to appoint Mr. Xu Qian as the deputy general manager of the Company (see below for his biographical details), with the term of office being the same as that of the seventh session of the Board, effective from the date of the resolution of this meeting.
